The objective is to remove accumulated dirt, mold, mildew, oil stains, and environmental pollutants to maintain structural longevity, enhance appearance, and ensure safety. The scope includes:

  • Soft Wash: Chemical application and low-pressure rinsing for exterior stucco, concrete, and metal facades, up to full building height.

Key Requirements & Deliverables

Contractors must utilize appropriate and environmentally conscious cleaning techniques and biodegradable solutions, providing MSDS sheets for all cleaning agents. Measures to prevent damage to surrounding vegetation and structures are required, along with proper management and disposal of wastewater in accordance with regulations. All debris and waste materials must be removed from the site. Contractor personnel must pass background checks and comply with Marine Forces Reserve HQ security requirements. A test cleaning area on each surface type is required to determine optimal cleaning methods.

Performance Standards
