Scope of Work

The Government reserves the right to vary quantities by +/- 30% and may make multiple awards. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services required for forklift operations. Services include ensuring forklifts are in safe operational condition, complying with safety regulations, and providing repair or replacement of unsuitable equipment within 24 hours.

Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted via email to tyler.d.hoyt.mil@army.mil and franklin.godinez2.civ@army.mil by March 09, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days. Evaluation will be based on Technical Ability and Lowest Evaluated Price. Offerors must demonstrate their ability and understanding of the PWS to be considered technically acceptable. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, with the possibility of award without discussions.
Special Requirements
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Key requirements include developing and implementing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 30 days of award, compliance with security procedures (background checks, installation access), and mandatory training for contractor employees (Anti-Terrorism Level I, OPSEC Awareness, Information Assurance/IT, and TARP Training).
