Statement of Work (SOW)

To perform repairs and upgrades to overhead door systems at the Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge headquarters, located at 6975 Mower Road, Saginaw MI 48601, and the facility at 5299 Bartel Road, Saginaw MI 48601.

• Main Shop Building: Replace three controllers, replace bottom seals on all three doors, upgrade one controller remote to wireless, replace two lower panels on the northeast bay door, and remove existing 8x7 double doors on the northwest corner to install a new insulated overhead door.

• Cold Storage Building: Replace three controllers (center bay and west bay), and replace controller remotes (three on each end).

• Inspect and replace any worn or damaged door cables.

• All work must comply with applicable safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.

• Performance Period: February 17, 2026, through April 30, 2026.

• Normal Duty Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
