Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will consider past performance in the evaluation of offers, in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2). Quotes must include the estimated cost of new items for evaluation purposes and specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements. Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required 120-day Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT).
Special Requirements & Notes
- Mercury-Free: All material supplied must be free from metallic mercury contamination, with strict protocols for any functional mercury components.
- Authorized Distributors: Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer.
