This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The event must be held within 25 miles of the DC Armory (WDC 20003). Proposals are due March 10, 2026.

Scope of Work

Contractor shall provide a facility and services for a 3-day workshop for up to 200 participants. Key requirements include:

  • Lodging: 5 double non-smoking guest rooms for May 15-17, and 35 double non-smoking guest rooms for May 16-17. Casino facilities should not be attached or next door.
  • Meeting Space: One General Session Main Ballroom and three breakout rooms, each accommodating 50 participants. All rooms require round tables, water stations, note pads, pens, and room signage. The General Session room can be used as a dining area but not a breakout room. An Audio/Visual package (projector screen, microphone, podium sound system, laptop connections) and an on-site A/V technician are required for the General Session room only.
  • Meals: Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a mid-morning snack, with vegetarian options. Beverages must be available throughout the entire event, and service staff are required during meal times.
