Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a certified USAF Military Tandem Course of instruction in accordance with AFI 10-3503, Personnel Parachute Program. This includes delivering instruction for up to four personnel for test parachuting operations, leading to military tandem certification. The course must also encompass military tandem packing certification for riggers. Services will be conducted at the TPP contracted civilian drop zone in Perris Valley CDZ, Perris Airport, Perris, CA. The requirement includes providing two military tandem course instructors with their own equipment for instruction and videography, along with any necessary study materials. Instructors must be approved MAJCOM-PPPM and/or USSOCOM vendors.
