This project involves the procurement, delivery, and installation of infield dirt and safety repairs for the Child Youth Programs (CYP) softball fields at Misawa Air Base, Japan. • Restoration of two softball fields (Field A and Field B).

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the "Misawa Softball Fields" requirement at Misawa Air Base, Japan. • Item 0001: Dirt for softball fields A & B at Misawa AB, Japan, in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW).

• Item 0002: Removal and installation of new dirt for softball fields A & B at Misawa AB, Japan, in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW).

• The contract type, period of performance, and estimated value are not specified in this notice.
