- Associated site development, including earthwork, BMPs, fencing, roadways, and hardstand areas for munitions loading/unloading.
- A Rail Classification Yard (RCY) with approximately 8,000 LF of rail siding and a "Suspect Track" for rail car monitoring.
- A 327 SF Munitions Operations Management Building (MOMB) adjacent to the RCY.
- Associated site development for the RCY, including earthwork, culvert extensions, unpaved roadways, and rail beds.
