Scope of Work

Special Requirements
Contractors must be capable of supporting operations requiring Secret and Top Secret with SCI access for personnel and facilities, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) management and Network Enclave Management. Compliance with the Clinger-Cohen Act for IT services is also required. The Government will have unlimited rights to all technical data and training materials produced.
