Scope of Work
The MTCCS III program requires support for:
- Training & Exercise Support: Individual and collective MC training, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Games for Training (GFT), Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), NATO Operational-Level Planning Process, mission rehearsal, and constructive simulation exercises.
- Simulation Support: Planning, preparation, set-up, execution, and recovery of constructive simulation training events. Ability to combine events into a simultaneous synthetic environment using fielded simulations and Mission Command Information Systems (MCiS).
- Cybersecurity & RMF: Network Enclave Management, including engineering, operation, maintenance, protection, and defense of MTC network infrastructure.
- Special Requirements: Personnel and Facility Security Clearances (Secret and Top Secret with SCI access), Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operational support and management, and intelligence simulation planning, configuration, and execution.
