Evaluation & Requirements
Proposals will be evaluated based on price analysis as specified in FAR 15.404-1(b). Offers must be clear, unambiguous, and comply with Section L instructions. A critical requirement is Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) for all information systems used in contract performance. Offerors must provide CMMC Unique Identifier(s) (UIDs) from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Offers submitted on an F.O.B. basis other than specified in Section F will be rejected.
