To clean out approximately 1,615 feet of the J.D. 11 Branch 201 drainage ditch to remove sediment and vegetation impeding waterflow.

• Cleanout of the ditch bottom along the J.D. 11 Branch 201, located at Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge.

• The work area spans from Station 45+00 to 65+00.

• Approximately 1,615 feet in length with a cut width of 4 feet.

• Spoil material will be deposited along the north side of the ditch slope and top of the levee as directed.

• The ditch can only be accessed from the north side.

• Scattered oak trees along the ditch slope may need removal, subject to Refuge approval.

• Work must minimize rutting, disturbance, or compaction of soil or sod.

• Prevent the spread of noxious and invasive species.

• Damage to access roads must be repaired to original condition.

• Equipment must be cleaned pre and post entry to the site.

• Work must be completed by June 15th, 2026.

• Location: Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters, 22996 290th Street NE, Middle River, Minnesota 56737.

• Contractors are highly recommended to visit the site prior to bidding.

• Bids must include any mobilization or other related fees.

• A long reach excavator will likely be needed.

• Equipment left on-site must be secured and is the contractor's responsibility.

• Payment will be processed after receipt of invoices and inspection of work.
