- Deliver to 112 specific locations across the state (Exhibit 3), adhering to strict temperature controls (frozen <=0°F, chilled 32-40°F) and delivery schedules (typically Thursdays/Fridays, 0830-1500).
- Offer an online ordering system with features such as an online catalog, selectable delivery dates, and an automated approval process. A video tutorial of the system is required.
- Accommodate "Rush" deliveries within 48 hours and provide a pickup area for orders placed 12-48 hours in advance.
- Be responsible for unloading items and removing all packaging materials.
