• Transportation costs for vehicles requiring repair more than 30 miles from Tamarac NWR will be the awardee's responsibility.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including those related to Buy American, Service Contract Labor Standards, and representations and certifications.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To repair U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Fleet Vehicle 1584737, which sustained rear-end damage, restoring it to full operational condition for field use.

• Replace the rear truck bed with an OEM or OEM-equivalent assembly (used truck bed acceptable).

• Refinish the replacement bed to the original manufacturer's paint code (TBD - White).

• Reinstall or replace associated components, including lighting, wiring, sensors, and accessories.

• Inspect and reinstall the existing tailgate.

• Ensure all repairs comply with OEM specifications and industry standards for fit, finish, and safety.

• The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities.

• Project to be completed at the awardee's body shop.

• Start within 5 business days of vehicle delivery or Notice to Proceed (NTP), whichever is later.

• Complete by April 10, 2026.

• Contractor must be a properly licensed body and paint facility located within 30 miles of Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, or provide transportation of the vehicle to and from their facility at no additional cost to the Government.

• Warranty requirements for parts and labor: 30 days.

• Deliverable: One fully repaired and painted vehicle, ready for operational uses.

• Vehicle 1584737, including keys.

• Any available OEM repair procedures or technical bulletins relevant to the work.

• Visual and functional inspection by the Technical Coordinator/COR.

• Acceptance contingent upon successful completion of repairs, including proper installation, paint matching, and operational components.

• Any deficiencies must be corrected by the Contractor within 10 business days at no additional cost to the Government.
