  • CAPSA M38E accessories: HTADJ Tilt-swivel monitor mounts, keyboards, XL Spiral NA Power cord sets, 5" directional casters, Trio-M38E right rear slot mount plates, RX non-locking modules, and Quad drawer kits.
  • Rubbermaid medical solutions task light (M38-slim line-tandem w LCD).
  • Warranties: 4-5 years for CAPSA carts (parts and labor), 4-5 years for Rubbermaid office products carts (parts and labor), and 5 years for CAPSA LI 655WH batteries. All items must be NEW Equipment ONLY.

Contract Details

  • Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items.
  • Set-Aside: 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)/Native American small business set-aside. Offerors not meeting this criterion will not be considered.
  • Eligibility: Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. A copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer is required with the quote.
  • Shipping: Items are to be shipped FOB Destination. Shipping costs must be included in the vendor quote and cannot be a separate line item.

  • Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor whose conforming response provides the lowest price technically acceptable. Evaluation factors include Price, Technical Acceptance of Product, Delivery, and Past Performance.
