Scope of Work

The contractor will deliver comprehensive support for conventional ordnance, encompassing intermediate-level (I-level) training and logistics, weapons life cycle management, and the administration of qualification and certification programs. Key responsibilities include providing training on weapons safety, stowage, equipment maintenance, and configuration; developing and updating curriculum; managing program control reporting systems; providing technical data support; and conducting weapons evaluations. Deliverables include monthly financial reports, status reports, travel and training schedules, trip reports, personnel licensing lists, and updated training materials.

Contract Details

  • Type: Single-award Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
  • Period of Performance: One base year (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) plus four one-year option periods, extending through June 30, 2031.

The "15+ years" experience for Senior SMEs is descriptive, not a mandatory minimum. Offerors must propose their own overtime and labor escalation rates. The Project Manager is not required to be on-site at CNAP.
