This solicitation is for a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for Modular Classroom Roof Repairs at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. The work involves repairing or replacing EPDM roofing systems and releveling modular classrooms to ensure structural stability and proper alignment. Specific buildings requiring roof repair due to leaks include Buildings 904, 709, 711, 743, 744, 747, 759, 768, 774, 711, 797, 712, 713, and 714. Some repairs may involve leveling modular structures due to settling.

• Submission Method: Electronic submission only (Adobe PDF format, excluding bid schedule documentation which should be in Excel). Proposals must be submitted as separate files for pricing and technical information.

• Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on three factors: Past Performance, Corporate Relevant Experience, and Price. Past Performance and Corporate Relevant Experience are of equal importance and are more important than Price.

• Site Visit: Scheduled for February 11, 2026, at 11:00 am at FLETC Building 200. Attendees must report to the commercial gate 30 minutes prior.

• 100% total small business set-aside for SBA Region IV.

• The government will utilize a "Best Suited Then Negotiate" acquisition strategy and FAR 15.404 for Price Negotiation.

• Performance and Payment Bonds are required.

• Offerors must comply with all FLETC directives, regulations, and instructions, including safety and security requirements.
