Scope of Work
The project requires the design, fabrication, delivery, assembly, and installation of two adjoining, open 12-lane, 50-yard Modular Firing Range (MFR) systems. The facility will be approximately 19,800 square feet and must feature 360-degree ballistic containment, advanced ventilation (100% outside air preferred), bullet traps, target systems, control rooms, and comprehensive acoustic treatments. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, site civil preparation, utility connections, foundation, and commissioning. A new dedicated transformer sized for MFR electrical loads plus 20-30% additional capacity is required. Compliance with all federal, state, and local codes (e.g., UFC 4-179-02, NIOSH, ASTM, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ETL 11-18) is mandatory. ADA/UFAS requirements are not to be included in the design.
