All unit prices must include freight/shipping and handling fees. Multiple awards will not be issued.

• Email Subject Line: Must include "BID-" or "PROPOSAL-" followed by the solicitation number (W912GY26QA006), company name, and "OPENS" or "CLOSES" with the date.
• Format: Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, or HTML. Compressed files must use .zzz extension.
• Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated based on price and meeting minimum specifications. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
• Lead Time: Offerors must provide the LEAD TIME on their quote.

• Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission and maintain registration through final payment.
