Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services, including:
- Turf and Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, overseeding, fertilization, weed/pest control, sod installation/repair, leaf/debris collection, sunken grave repair, storm damage cleanup, and snow/ice removal.
- Headstone Services: Receiving, preparation, transportation, installation, setting, raising, realigning, fine-tuning, and cleaning of headstones and markers.
- Facilities Maintenance: Cleaning of committal shelters, buildings, restrooms, curbs, gates, fencing, and concrete surfaces.
- Irrigation: Operation, inspection, and maintenance of the irrigation system.
All work must be performed with special care, reverence, dignity, and respect, adhering to NCA Operational Standards and Measures. A Site Supervisor with at least five years of experience is required.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
- Period of Performance: A Base Year (12 months) plus four (4) Option Years.
