Scope of Work

- Turf and Grounds Maintenance: Trimming, edging, overseeding, fertilization, weed and pest control, sod installation/repair, leaf mulching (removal only if specified), debris collection, sunken grave/cremation site repair, storm damage cleanup, and snow/ice removal. Note: Mowing is performed by cemetery staff, not the contractor.
- Headstone Services: Cleaning, pressure washing, raising, realigning, replacement, and installation of headstones and markers, adhering to NCA Monument Activities SOP.
- Irrigation System: Operation, inspection, and maintenance, with non-emergency repairs to be completed within 5 days during duty hours. Government supplies water.
- Facilities Maintenance: Cleaning of committal shelters, buildings, restrooms, curbs, gates, fencing, and concrete surfaces; floral vase and trash receptacle cleaning (contractor picks up litter, removes liners quarterly, but does not empty receptacles).
- Materials: Government will supply dyed brown shredded pallet mulch, and soil for sunken grave repairs.
