Quotation packages must include the SF-1449, Amendments, Schedule of Items, company experience (1-2 pages), a list of the last four completed or current janitorial contracts (Past Performance), and Key Personnel information. Vendors must have an active SAM registration. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance.

Amendment Notes
