Scope of Work

- Disposal of removed materials at an approved off-site location.
- Ensuring the fence is sturdy, with secure posts and properly installed components, and gates are properly hung.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Nicole Johnson at nicole_johnson@ios.doi.gov. Required documents include a completed SF 1442, signed amendments, pricing via Attachment 3 (Quote Schedule), Contractor Evaluation Documentation (Attachment 4), a 1-3 page Technical Submission, Representations and Certifications, and an Executed Bid Guarantee.
Award will be made on a Best Value basis, considering price and non-price factors such as Technical Approach, Schedule, and Relevant Experience. A comparative evaluation method will be used.
Important Notes
- A Bid Bond is required. Payment Bonds are required for awards over $35,000, and both Payment and Performance Bonds for awards over $150,000.
