  • Verification of the country of origin.
  • Confirmation of domestic or international shipping (including ship-from location and HTS code if international).
  • Confirmation of acceptance of "Pre-Pay and Add Shipping Charges to Invoice."
  • Any tariff charges must be included in the unit price; separate line items for tariffs are unallowable.
  • Confirmed lead time.
  • Information on available discounts for DOE or GSA contract pricing (if applicable, include contract # and expiration date).
