Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be 650 calendar days from the date of award, with an estimated start date of April 30, 2026. The NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $45 million.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by Monday, March 30, 2026, at 10am CST. The evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Proposals must be submitted in three volumes: Technical & Management, Past Performance, and Price. An offer guarantee (Box 13b on SF 1442) is not required.
