Scope of Work
The subcontractor will provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and expertise to remove and replace the specified roofs and components. Key tasks include:
- Demolition: Removal of existing membrane, cover board, insulation, metal trim, flashing, coping, and other roofing materials. Recycling of stone ballast.
- Installation: Furnish and install a new roof system consisting of two layers of 2.6” ISO, ½” HD coverboard, and 145 mil Carlisle Fleeceback EPDM (black), adhered to the coverboard.
- System Requirements: The new roof system must meet a minimum R-30 average insulating value and utilize Carlisle Syntec Systems materials to achieve a 30-year manufacturer warranty (covering punctures, hail, and 72-mph wind speeds) and a 2-year installer warranty.
- Integrated Elements: Inspection and replacement of wood blocking, roof drains, gutters, scuppers, downspouts, and metal/concrete roof panels. Installation of flexible walkway pads, roof perimeter guardrails, new/higher curbs, built-up roof vents, raised expansion joints, and new roof drains/scuppers.
- Coordination: Coordination with PPPL for potential asbestos mitigation, equipment power disconnects (72-hour notice), and temporary relocation/reinstallation of fall protection anchor systems. Salvage and reinstallation of roof fans and equipment.

Submission & Evaluation

- Required Submissions:
