- Operational Impact: The facilities will remain operational, requiring minimal interference with normal activities. Work hours are 0730 to 1800 Monday-Friday, with weekend/holiday work possible by arrangement.
Eligibility & Requirements
This solicitation is open only to M&R MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page, specifically: T.E. Davis Construction Company, Joyce & Associates Construction, Inc., Olympic Enterprises, Inc., and Quadrant Construction.
- Bonds: Bid bonds (20% of proposal) are required for proposals $150,000 and greater. Payment bonds are required for proposals $35,000 and greater.
