It enables interactive mapping, dashboards, and field applications, crucial for briefs, wayfinding, safety, emergency egress, and facility management.
Key Requirements
- Brand Name Only: This is an ArcGIS Brand Name Only RFQ. Quotes for equivalent items will NOT be considered.
- Authorized Resellers: Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. Documentation from the manufacturer confirming authorized distributor status for the specific items is required.
- New Equipment: Procurement is for new equipment only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items are acceptable. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Software Access: The contractor must provide immediate access to MyEsri.com and ArcGIS.com, ensuring software downloads and licenses are active and available.
- Delivery: Software/authorization codes will be downloaded; there will be no physical shipment. The delivery address for administrative purposes is U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Avenue, S.W., Washington, DC 20375.
