This Firm-Fixed-Price solicitation requires the provision of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the investigation, installation, and anchoring of new emergency call boxes. Ten (10) boxes will be installed at Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center and five (5) at Kerrville VA Medical Center. Key requirements include:
- Installation of free-standing call boxes, secured into concrete (new pads if necessary) with rust-resistant hardware, designed to prevent theft and damage.
- Ensuring water tightness and tracing existing power sources; utility locates are mandatory if digging is required.
- Call boxes must feature lighting visible over 300 yards and a 360-degree blue light at the top.
- A clearly identified communications button accessible to all users, including those with visual impairments.
- The communication system must be capable of transmitting both video and audio.
- Quarterly service support for firmware and software updates.

Contract Details
