Scope of Work

The contractor shall furnish and install all necessary hardware and software to implement a C•CURE 9000-compatible PACS at LCHC. This system, referred to as the "CBOC System," must be capable of reading VHA-issued PIV cards and will be connected to the VHA network. LCHC will own and maintain the PACS, while VHA will maintain the network connection.

  • Technical Approach: Describe installation methodology, commissioning, event logic, backup/DR, testing, and labeling.
  • Certifications: Provide current Software House/Johnson Controls installer certifications, HID pivCLASS familiarity, OSDP Secure Channel/FICAM high-assurance experience, and ICRA/PCRA process familiarity.
  • Past Performance: Three (3) projects of similar size/scope installing C•CURE 9000 PACS (or equivalent) in healthcare/government settings, including contract details.
  • GSA/FSS Information: If applicable, provide GSA Schedule contract number and SIN(s).
