Scope of Requirement

The contractor will be required to furnish and install all necessary hardware and software for a C CURE 9000-compatible PACS at LCHC. This system must be capable of reading VHA-issued PIV cards and will be connected to the VHA network, which will be maintained by VHA.

Interested parties must submit the following to demonstrate capabilities:

  • Capability Statement: Demonstrate ability to provide and configure C CURE 9000 client/admin software and integrate with the VA enterprise system.
  • Technical Approach: Describe installation methodology, commissioning, event logic, backup/DR, testing, and labeling.
  • Certifications: Current Software House/Johnson Controls installer certifications, HID pivCLASS familiarity, OSDP Secure Channel/FICAM high-assurance experience, and ICRA/PCRA process familiarity.
  • Past Performance: Three (3) projects of similar size/scope installing C CURE 9000 PACS (or equivalent) in healthcare/government settings, including contract details.
  • GSA/FSS Information: If applicable, provide GSA Schedule contract number and SIN(s).
