Scope of Work

  • Specialized Facilities: Integration of a SAPF for classified material handling and SIPRNET capabilities.
  • Parking Facility: Construction of a multi-level, reinforced concrete parking facility with approximately 400 spaces.
  • Associated Infrastructure: Extensive site work, utilities (storm, sanitary, fire suppression, electrical, telecommunications), hazardous material abatement, dewatering, drainage, landscaping, and exterior signage.
  • Optional Items: Pricing is requested for various options including a Parking Garage, Operational Support Facility/Hangar Annex, Communications Line, Photovoltaic Panels, foam fire suppression system replacement, groundwater bypass pumping, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), Audio Visual (A/V) Systems, and Framed Fabric Structures.

Contract Details
