- Compliance: Mandatory FAR clauses 52.222-90 and 52.244-6 are included. Compliance with 40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ, NFPA 70, and NFPA 110 is required. A Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be used to evaluate performance. A Wage Determination (2015-5525) is applicable.
- Context: This is a replacement contract for N4523A22D1304. Government personnel will handle fuel refills. Pricing should be submitted on a monthly rental basis.
