- Purchasing and installing one (1) packaged close-loop chiller system (P/N: PCP-200-30A-WP) and one (1) Model 3200 Pole Mount Air Dryer (P/N: 60625).
- Providing and installing exterior weather-proof subpanels for power and data cables.
- Installing conduits and connections for power routing from the facility manager's panel to the antennas, air dryer, and chiller.
- Installing outdoor power receptacles for each antenna, air dryer unit, and chiller system, and an indoor power receptacle for the equipment rack in Room 107.
- Routing data fiber lines from Room 107 to the rooftop.
- Sealing all exterior/interior penetrations and removing/disposing of all material waste.
