The contractor will install four NITO7 RF antennas on the rooftop platform of NIWC PAC Building 586 to support the Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL) Ground Variant. Key tasks include:
- Purchasing and installing one packaged close-loop chiller system and one air dryer unit.
- Providing and installing exterior weather-proof subpanels for power and data cables.
- Installing conduits and connections for power routing from the facility manager's panel to antennas, outdoor receptacles, and an indoor receptacle in Room 107.
- Routing data fiber lines from Room 107 to the rooftop.
- Sealing all exterior/interior penetrations and disposing of material waste. Performance standards specify chiller and air dryer requirements, electrical installation details, and a pass/fail criterion for leak-free systems.
