Statement of Work (SOW)

• Install four (4) NITO7 antennas on the rooftop antenna platform.

• Purchase and install one (1) packaged close-loop chiller system and one (1) air dryer unit.

• Provide and install exterior weather-proof subpanels for power and data cables.

• Install conduits and connections for power routing from the facility manager's panel to antennas.

• Install outdoor power receptacles for each antenna, air dryer unit, and chiller system.

• Install indoor power receptacle for the equipment rack in Room 107.

• Route data fiber lines from Room 107 to the rooftop.

• Seal all exterior/interior penetrations.

• Remove and dispose of all material waste.

• Chiller specifications: Weather-resistant, 10% propylene glycol/90% water coolant, 2.0 GPM flow rate, AN6/JIC Male 3/8" flared tube fittings.

• Air dryer specifications: Weather-resistant, 3.2 PSIG max inlet pressure, 1.2 PSIG min inlet pressure, AN4/JIC Male .25" flared tube fittings, 45 SCFH nominal flow rate.
