Evaluation Criteria

Award will be made on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The two lowest-priced quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability based on Past/Present Experience, Accreditations/Certifications, and Management Approach. The award will go to the lowest-priced offeror deemed technically acceptable, representing the best value to the Nonappropriated Funds Instrumentalities (NAFI). The government may award without discussions.
