Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical capability (meeting specifications) will be evaluated first. If three or more quotes are received, only the three lowest-priced technically acceptable quotes will be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to award without interchanges.
