• UV LED Lamps: The requirement for four (4) UV LED lamps is mandatory. The Government's market research indicates this is the industry standard for mid-level machines to provide bi-directional printing.
• Delivery Location: The delivery facility does not have a loading dock or forklift. The machine must be shipped on a truck with a lift. The customer will provide a pallet jack for unloading and placement.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined solicitation (Request for Quote - RFQ) for an Ultra-Violet (UV) Printer, FA461326Q1006, issued by the 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The procurement is a 100% women-owned small business set-aside. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract.

The 90th Force Support Squadron requires a UV Printer with specific capabilities, including:

• Print Area/Vacuum Bed: 36" x 24"

• Ability to print on golf balls and other cylindrical objects (wood, metal, fiberglass, foam, glass, ceramic, plastic)

• Color printing with varnish/clear coat capability

• Rotary 360-degree printing capability

• Minimum 4 print heads, 1200 DPI resolution, 4 UV LED lamps

• Compatibility with computer, 220-volt plug

• Must include all necessary software, attachments, a startup kit, and wheels for mobility

• Capable of printing approximately 3,000 items annually

• Minimum 1-year warranty

• Product must meet Buy American Act (BAA) or Trade Agreement Act (TAA) requirements.

• Delivery: 120 Days After Date of Contract (ADC) for all CLINs (Printer, Installation, Training, Shipping).

• Quotes Due: Monday, March 10, 2026, by 2 PM Mountain Time.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical capability will be evaluated first. If 3 or more quotes are received, only the 3 lowest priced will be evaluated for technical acceptability.

• Required Quote Information: Offeror Response Form, Pricing and Schedule, Salient Characteristics, Picture/Brochure of Machine, Firm Fixed Pricing (including all costs), Discount Terms, CAGE, Unique Entity Identifier, Point of Contact, Socioeconomic Categories, and Email.

• 100% women-owned small business set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• Only businesses holding NAICS Code 333310 (Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) may be accepted.

• Funds are not presently available; obligation is contingent upon availability.

• The government may negotiate with offerors after quote receipt.

• Offerors must certify the place of origin of components.

• This is a commercial off-the-shelf item.
