Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must include a resume, Contractor Data Sheet (Attachment A), Past Performance Detail Sheet & Questionnaire (Attachment B), and a color photo of the bidder's RV. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov. Award will be based on a Best Value Trade-off, with Past Performance considered significantly more important than Price.
Additional Notes
Amendment 0001 corrects the number of working days for several Lake Barkley locations. The original solicitation and attachment package are now obsolete; offerors must use the Amendment 0001 package. Mandatory requirements include background investigations, AT Level I training, OPSEC training, E-Verify compliance, and a minimum $5,000 security bond or irrevocable letter of credit. Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect recreation areas prior to submitting an offer.
