Specific requirements cover record keeping, reporting, licenses, permits, insurance, utility location, erosion control, and safety precautions as detailed in the NCA Contractor Safety SOP. The contractor must also address headstone misalignment, replace damaged headstones at their expense, provide a 90-day turf warranty, and train cemetery staff on system operation.
