Scope of Work
The objective is to provide all necessary equipment and services for the Memorial Day Ceremony. Key requirements detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) include:
- Tents: Six (6) 20 ft x 20 ft tents, properly secured, clean, and in good condition.
- Seating: 1,800 commercial-grade, clean, uniform folding chairs, arranged in rows.
- Public Address (PA) System: An outdoor audio system capable of covering approximately 34,000 sq ft, including microphones, speakers, mixer/amplification equipment, and on-site technician support.
- Portable Restroom Facilities: Eight (8) standard portable toilets, two (2) ADA-compliant portable toilets, and two (2) portable handwashing stations with foot pumps, all to be set up at designated locations.
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment. All installations must be at designated outdoor main stage ceremony areas as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Coordination of delivery access routes and staging with the COR is required, and the site must be restored to its original condition after removal, with all debris cleared. Compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations is mandatory.
