This solicitation is for Scullery and Potshed Services at the Gateway Galley, Naval Station (NAVSTA), Rota, Spain. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils, rolling silverware, restocking supplies, ensuring machine operation, and maintaining cleanliness in the scullery and pot-washing areas.

• Provide all personnel and supervision for scullery and potshed services.

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils daily, seven days a week.

• Comply with specified cleaning procedures, including temperature requirements for wash and rinse sections.

• Maintain cleanliness of scullery and pot-washing rooms.

• Provide on-site managers with specific experience and English proficiency (CEFR Level B1).

• Implement a staffing plan that supports continuous operations.

• Ensure all personnel are medically fit and trained in food sanitation.

• Provide and maintain uniforms for all staff.

• Adhere to personal hygiene standards.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price

• Period of Performance: Base Year (May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027) with multiple option years extending through October 31, 2031.

• Estimated Meals: Approximately 1,200 meals per day.

• Quotes are due by 1300 Local Rota Time on February 23, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted via email.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability (Manager Experience and English Proficiency, Staffing Plan), Past Performance, and Price.

• Technical Capability will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis.

• This acquisition is listed as "Unrestricted."

• Applicable Spanish labor laws and regulations must be followed.

• The solicitation includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses related to contract terms, payment, security, property, and representations and certifications.
