- Evaluation Factors: Technical acceptability and price. Past performance may be considered as part of the technical acceptability evaluation on a pass/fail basis.
Special Requirements & Notes
- Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for invoicing. Lack of registration will make an offeror ineligible.
- Contractor employees must comply with installation regulations, including security, fire, traffic, and safety. Background checks and AT Level 1 training are required.
- Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and safeguarding Government property are mandatory.
- The contractor is responsible for providing all testing and calibration equipment.
