Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide inspection, maintenance, and calibration services for medical equipment for the North Dakota Army National Guard (NDARNG).

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for inspection and maintenance services.

• Contractor employees must comply with all installation regulations, including fire, traffic, safety, and security.

• Contractor employees require background checks and may be subject to searches.

• Awareness Training (AT) Level 1 must be completed within 30 days of contract start and for new employees.

• COMSEC/IT security protocols must be followed.

• Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is required.

• Contractor shall safeguard all Government property.
