Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and price, with past performance potentially considered on a pass/fail basis. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) to be eligible for award. Offerors who previously submitted quotes that do not meet Amendment No. 1 conditions must resubmit a revised quote by the new due date.
Special Requirements
Contractor employees must comply with all installation regulations, including fire, traffic, safety, and security, and may be subject to background checks. Awareness Training (AT) Level 1 is required. Contractor is responsible for providing all testing and calibration equipment.
