Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for applying NEDOX (NH-1) coating to product parts and test coupons provided by the Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This includes adhering to manufacturer's instructions and specific drawing requirements (Drawing 8166614 Rev. A and Drawing 8166615 Rev. B). Key deliverables include providing coating thickness validation test results and Certificates of Conformance (COCs) with each shipment. The contractor must maintain a robust Quality Control (QC) system and ensure finished products meet dimensional tolerances. Government Furnished Property (GFP) includes drawings, specific part quantities (20-25 each of Part 8166614-02 and Part 8166615-02), and test coupons.
