Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW outlines the requirements for a contract to provide NEDOX (NH-1) coating application and relevant thickness testing services to the Department of the Army, Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).

• The contractor shall apply NEDOX (NH-1) coating to product parts and test coupons provided by RIA-JMTC, following manufacturer's instructions and specific drawing requirements (Drawing 8166614 Rev. A and Drawing 8166615 Rev. B).

• The contractor must maintain a robust Quality Control (QC) system meeting industry standards.

• The contractor must provide coating thickness validation test results, including Certificates of Conformance (COCs), upon completion.

• Inspection Reports: COCs provided electronically via email at the time of each shipment.

• Coated Parts: The NEDOX (NH-1) coated parts and test coupons.

• Return shipping and necessary packaging for protected return of parts and test coupons to RIA-JMTC.

• On-Time Delivery: 95% of deliveries must be on time.

• Quality: Defect rate shall not exceed 0.5%.
