This solicitation is for a three-year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Nickel-Aluminum-Bronze (NAB) casting weld repair services at the Naval Foundry & Propeller Center (NFPC) in Philadelphia, PA. The services are required to support the fabrication of hardware for propulsor component construction for the U.S. Navy.

• Provision of two (2) certified welders per delivery order, with one serving as a work leader.

• Welders must perform multi-pass welding repairs using Mig & Tig processes on small and large naval structures, potentially at depths of six inches or more.

• Welders must be certified to perform weld work to U.S. Naval standards and possess NAVSEA-approved weld workmanship program and nondestructive testing (NDT) certifications.

• Weld repairs will be performed in a secure, classified government facility.

• Contractors must adhere to NFPC security protocols and possess a CONFIDENTIAL security clearance.

• All travel, material, and direct costs must be included in the firm-fixed-price for each order.
