The project requires Design-Build (DB) / Design-Bid-Build (DBB) services to replace the existing 50-Ton air-cooled chiller at Building NH-30. Key tasks include:
- Demolition: Shut down, disconnect, and remove the existing chiller, including mechanical and electrical components, refrigerant evacuation, and crane removal. This also includes associated conduit and wiring.
- New Installation: Install a new 50-Ton air-cooled chiller on the existing concrete pad, connect chilled water lines, integrate new controls with the building automation system, and perform testing and balancing.
- Electrical Work: Provide and connect a new 300A, 3P circuit breaker and a 400A, 3P fused disconnect, with new conduit and wiring between the switchboard and the new chiller.
- Site Cleanup: Dispose of all demolished materials off-base and maintain a clean job site daily. All work must comply with standard industry practices, applicable local, state, federal codes, laws, regulations, and the Unified Facilities Criteria.

Eligibility & Submission

Evaluation
Award will be made on a fair opportunity basis to the responsible offeror providing the lowest price. The evaluation criteria is price only. A 100% Performance Bond reflecting the aggregate amount of all awarded items is required.
