- Seal coating and re-striping of the existing asphalt parking lot and associated access road.
- Development and implementation of various plans, including first aid, safety, work, schedule, staging, sequencing, quality control, pesticide, SPCC, and traffic control (compliant with MUTCD and local requirements).
- Maintaining safe and continuous access to the facility for the public, staff, and ADA users throughout the project.
