Vendors are requested to submit a capability statement addressing the following key areas:
- General Data: Company details, government contract experience, socioeconomic status, CAGE/UEI, business size, financial resources.
- Material Information: Grades, forms, specifications, purity, impurity analysis, and testing capabilities for Class I Nickel.
- Supply Information: Source locations (including CONUS/OCONUS), supply chain details, annual production/throughput, acquisition timeframes, recycling involvement, and pricing methods.
- Delivery Information: Typical order-to-delivery times, quantities, use of subcontractors, origin locations, annual capacity, spot delivery, discounts, and preferred packaging/safety standards.
- Storage Information: Common storage conditions, duration, shelf life, environmental impacts, regulations, and recommendations for long-term storage.
- Market Information: Frequency of price changes, seasonal impacts, anticipated manufacturing/technology shifts, material substitutions, and customer market sectors.
- Additional Information: Willingness for long-term agreements, WAWF account status, sales data provision, agreement to FAR clause 52.216-2, and SAM registration.

- Format: Responses are limited to 20 pages, single-sided, in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF, using 12-point font on 8.5 x 11-inch pages with 1-inch margins.
